If your GF lived with you the whole year in 2024, you may be able to claim her as a "qualified relative" for the $500 credit for other dependents and if she had less than $5050 of income not counting Social Security. You might also be able to claim her child for that $500 credit if the child lived with you all year. Your own bio-child can be claimed as your qualified child dependent for the child tax credit and earned income credit, as well as Head of Household filing status.
