Can I claim my mother as a dependent if she lives with me but she is disabled and receives disability

I've claimed her for the past 3 years but when it asks if she makes more than 4300 a year I said yes because her disability check and it saids I cannot claim her but I have for years.

If you pay for over half your mom's support and her income is less than $4300   ---- NOT counting Social Security --- then you can claim her as a dependent.  If she is getting Social Security disability you do not count that toward the $4300 limit.   You only count other income like a pension, investment income, etc. etc. etc.

Social security is not taxable to her so it doesn't count as income for dependency, as long as that is the only income she has.
