Can I claim my daughter even through her father has a 1095-A for them both? If so how do I put her on the form 8962?

You will need to include a copy of his 1095-A on your return. You will also need to prorate amounts on the form. If he has already filed, he probably took 100%. check with him before you put 0%.

Can my daughter refile with turbo tax if she was denied on her original? I accidentally claimed her and have amended my return but it keeps saying she can’t file on TT.
