Can I claim my daughter even if she is on medicad with her mother?

The mother did not work or have any income in 2023 & is also on medicad, so can I claim my daughter?

Having Medicaid is not a factor in claiming someone as a dependent.

Providing over 50% of their support is. If you provided over 50% of her support, you may be able to claim her.
