You can enter your
gambling losses where you enter your gambling winnings, because gambling losses
are only deductible up to the amount of winnings, and only if you itemize. You can get to the
gambling income section of TurboTax here:
- Select Federal Taxes
(Personal if using TurboTax Self-Employed or Home and Business)
- Select Wages & Income
(I'll choose what i work on)
- You may need to click on Skip
to see all income
- Scroll down to Less Common
Income
- Click on Show more and
Gambling Income
- Start or Update
You can then go
through the TurboTax interview to input your Gambling winnings and losses.
