CAN I change from the TurboTax SALES TAX CALCULATION to ENTER MANUALLY? If so HOW?

With no IRA RMD required for 2020 I spent from my savings so the calculation is too low.

There are two ways of calculating the deductible sales tax.

You can either use the optional sales tax tables (which the number "calculated" by TurboTax) or use the actual method.

You cannot manually change the number from the sales tax tables.

To use the actual method, you have to save all your receipts for the year and add up the sales tax paid.
