Can I average some of my income over a few years?

I took withdrawals from my TDA and 403B and rolled over most of it. I also withdrew money to buy a car.

Income averaging was removed from the tax code except a very, very few specific circumstances. This is not one of them.

No. You can't average out your income over several years.

If you are unable to pay your taxes, you can apply for a payment plan with the IRS.
