When entering rental deductions, I first have to enter number of days used for rental vs personal purposes. Then many of my expenses get prorated accordingly. But some expenses should not be prorated. For example, some repairs were due to negligence by my renters, and so I want to allocate them at 100%. Is this possible?

Yes, if an expense relates only to the rental portion, then you can deduct 100% of it.
Sorry, I should have been more specific. How do I do this in TurboTax? It automatically prorates everything according to the provided days. @ColeenD3
No, if it is a vacation home, you can't. If it were divided by space, you could.
