No. You need to upgrade to premier to add business expenses.
If you have a business and are self-employed you have to use the Premium online edition to enter your self-employment income and expenses.
If you do not have a business and are not self-employed and are a W-2 wage employee then you cannot enter your employee business expenses on a federal tax return due to the tax code changes in effect for the tax years 2018 thru 2025
Personal business? Which? Do you have a self employment business on Schedule C? You can only enter self employment income into Deluxe. If you have business expenses you need to upgrade to Premium. Or use any of the Desktop programs. All the Desktop programs have the same forms. You just get more help and guidance in the higher versions.
if you have job expenses for a W2 those are no longer deductible.
