When you e-file there is no physical signature. You "sign" electronically by entering your AGI or PIN. If you file by mail then you use a pen and sign it and date it by the words "Sign here" on page 2 of the Form 1040. If it is a joint return then both spouses need to sign and date it.
Thanks for your response. Where can I enter AGI or PIN? I'm on the step that ask me to chose payment option already. So far I was't asked to enter AGI or PIN. By the way, what is my AGI or PIN? where to find it?
Where do I find my AGI?

Your 2021 tax return shows your 2021 Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) If you filed a joint return then the AGI is the same for each of you.
Form 1040 line 11
If you are using the same TT account that you used last year, you should also be able to find this number in your Tax Home for 2021
If entering the amount from your 2021tax return does not work, then try entering “0” instead. If that does not work and you still cannot e-file, then print, sign, and mail your tax return.
You can get a free transcript of your past return from the IRS:

Note: If you filed late or amended your return, your correct 2021 AGI may not be in the system.

Note: If you mail your federal return, you will also need to mail your state return. You will not be able to e-file your state return.

OK. Thanks for the helpful links. Now I understand what AGI is. I have no problem to send e-file. I sent e-file last year too. But IRS later send the file back to quest a signature on a missing part ( I guess it was on the last part). This year I followed all steps and are ready to make TurboTax payment, but still didn't find anywhere to ask me enter AGI or PIN. I'm afraid I will receive a letter from IRS again this year. Will the e-signature show on the proper place automatically?
There is no "e-signature". Your return will just show that it was "Self-Prepared." Not sure what confusion ensued for you last year regarding your signature. I suspect, though, that your 2021 AGI is not in the system since you ended up having to mail the return in, so you are going to need to use "zero" as your 2021 AGI when it asks you.
And....if you are ever asked by a lender, college, etc. for a "signed" copy of your return, then you will use a pen and sign it to keep them happy.
Got it. Hopefully I won't have any problem this year. Thanks!
