Hey, I complained and they gave me 29.99 off the total price of my purchase. I will ask for a full refund if it is not resolved soon.

I just called and the guy had no idea about the problem. He was not helpful at all.... uggghhh!
He did say I could submit by mail though. Did anyone else do it that way?

I already paid $199.97 and didn't get the message until after I already paid. I got the desktop version and it wants me to pay an additional $89++ to file!!!! I just want my money back so I can file with a service that works!!!!

More than one 1095-A and your whole program breaks. Are you kidding me? If turbotax dosn't figure this out fast they have lost a customer for life. And probably many others.

I am now on day 10 with this problem and have spoken to many reps (All who seem clueless) There doesn't seem to be any real urgency to get this problem fixed. I guess I may have to go with another company! Too bad because I have been doing business with them for many years.

Day 11 still no change. Turbo Tax obviously doesn't care about getting this issue fixed.  Think it's time to go to another service!

Called and they told me it works on the desktop version, but after reading some comments it doesnt seem like that does the trick. Still waiting

I have the same issue.   So does or doesn't the desktop version correct the problem.  If it does will it import all the information I entered on-line?

I"ve tried H&R block, tax slayer, turbotax, they all seem to have a problem when you try to enter more than one 1095-a. I even tried filling out the tax form for this and its impossible without a degree in tax law. I think im just going to have to bite the bullet and get a tax specialist to do my taxes this year. Turbotax really dropped the ball on this one. I was given a full refund from turbotax.

Turbotax: what is the ETA for the fix?  Will we have it before April 15, or will we have to file extension requests?  The present situation is entirely unacceptable.
