You are probably better off having someone walk through the return with you to look at your entries so I recommend getting live expert help.

However, that requires upgrading your product which may be an expense you don't want.  In that case you can call an expert and ask questions over the phone.

I already called and they said I have to upgrade before I can ask someone if they can help with my specific tax question. I want to know if they can help before I spend $200.

I need to know if Live can assist me with my question before I pay for it. That's all. Very simple. I don't want to pay for something just to find out it's too complicated, go to HR block.
