California State taxes Refund

I have a quick question. I filed in turbo tax and for federal and state almost three months ago. Three months will be on June 16th 2023. Now when the three weeks initially passed it said to give them 3  months to review/process because it needed extra time when i checked the state taxes status because i got my federal taxes already but still waiting on state. Now it is saying when i check unable to process your request when i try to look up my status but it still has the processing part on the top part. I am not sure if it just says that cause it couldn't load or what but anybody knows what could be going on or how long i would have to wait or will i get it after the 16th? Help.

Federal and state refunds come from completely separate entities,  There is no rule as to which one will come first or how much time there will be between their arrivals.

Very true but this is the time the website provided me and my state and federal taxes were already accepted way back I just need some explanation on why exactly it would say unable to process your request at this time when I checked the status of my state refund when it just said give it 3 months almost three most ago now. Three months will be on June 16th this is there time line. I received no mail from them either needing further information

@dentonkami TurboTax receives no information from the IRS or your state after you file your tax return, so no one at TT knows why the state is delaying your refund or when they will issue it.   For information you will have to contact the state yourself.
