Ca refund shows incomplete??

Take the following steps to get back into your state return after your federal has been accepted.

Sign into TurboTax Online
Go to Taxes > My Tax Timeline.
In the SOME THINGS YOU CAN DO section, click Add a state.
Click on the State Taxes tab.
Click Continue to start or complete your state taxes.
Click Done with States.
Near the top-right of your screen, click File.
Proceed to file your state taxes
