You are using TT Premier Online. That is only good for one return. TT Premier Desktop can do 5.

But desktop will not run on OS 10.11.

Thanks, Jean. How about OS 10.11.6? Also, do you know if TurboTax customer service keeps customer service call logs? I was told over the phone I could do up to 5. The rep never once specified it had to be the software or CD or that the online version was only for one person.
