Bug reporting in TT desktop

since I can't find a spot to report problems in TT desktop, I'm putting them here

1. Capital Loss Carryover - Taxable Income asks for Form 1040, Line 11b when for 2020 it's line 15

2. Capital Loss Carryover - AMT asks for Form 6251 or if you don't have it, 2020 Form 1040, Line 10.  I believe they mean to say 2020 Form 1040 Line 15.

More to add likely

Bug reporting in TT desktop

Found another.  I was filling out the Investment Income section under Wages and Income and got stuck in a repeated loop asking about ISO purchases and Saddle forms and capital loss carryover.  It wouldn't leave to go on to the next section.  Had to click "Wages & Income" up top to force it to exit

This is a known problem.

Form 8958 - Section 11 - Taxes Withheld.  Automatically filled out as "from Form 1040, line 17" but the value appears to be pulled from Form 1040, line 25a OR 25d.  I haven't done the research to make clear which makes more sense, but it's also non-editable of a descriptor which means it's more confusing when you look to see where the info is coming from.

Michigan State forms - Sale of Short-Term Capital Assets Summary.  This isn't directly a bug per-se but since the sales listed are not in any order I can see and I'm not told that TurboTax has already filtered the sale date for when I moved from Michigan to a different state, I have to manually go through the list and confirm I find the match.  Just confirmed that it just holds all listed Short-Term assets, not just those with a buy/sell date before the move date.  It's also not clear whether the buy or sell date is the critical one for whether it counts on MI or not.

Unhelpful to say the least.

Also, ctrl+f doesn't work so I have to eyeball browse through the items to find ones I need to remove (bought after the move date).  And there's no Sort by Date or alphabetical or even by value (even though when I go to "edit" they have the dates in there)

Community Property Adjustments

Community Property Income Adjustments - both the addition and subtraction adjustments use positive numbers (assumption is the subtraction subtracts, addition adds)

But then the very next screen is Tax Withholding Adjustments - the addition adjustments use positive numbers, but the subtraction adjustments here use negative numbers, so on this page, the values are added for both scenarios.  This sign flip is confusing and not explained until you try to enter a value with the sign the wrong way.

Schedule D and Form 8949 - on Schedule D there's a checkbox to sort Form 8949 fields by date sold.  It doesn't seem to take effect until you go back to Step-by-Step and then back to Forms.  Minor annoyance, but unless you do that it seems broken.

It'd also be nice to be able to sort by date acquired, but that matters more for State returns if you moved in the year.

Related to that, MI-8949 doesn't seem to have an option anywhere for sorting by bought or sold date or alphabetical by company to make it easy to remove the ones that don't qualify.
