Bug on attempt to amend tax return

Hello, I am trying to file a W-2c for the 2024 tax year and I am hitting a wall in trying to amend it through the website. Everytime I open the page it pulls up an error page and I am unable to do anything. This is the link I get.

To access your prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents.  Click on the 2024 and Click on Amend (change) 2024 return.  Follow the instructions -

I can't see what link you are getting, but it is likely because you can't file a Form W-2c through the Quick Employer Forms (QEF) website. You can only to create and e-file original Forms W-2s and 1099s.

If you need to correct these forms, you can use one of the following official methods to file your W-2c for the 2024 tax year:

1. Social Security Administration (SSA) Website: Register for or sign in to the SSA Business Services Online (BSO) portal and use their free W-2 Online tool to create and e-file Form W-2c and the required summary form, W-3c. This is the most direct way to e-file a correction.
2. If you prefer to file by mail, you can download Form W-2c and Form W-3c from the IRS Forms & Publications page.
