Box 14 Just says "Y", do I put that in the description?

the instructions on my W-2 just say "Pretax Flexible Spending Account Employee Contributions (Dependent Care FSA and Health Care FSA)

It is not important what you put in the description for box 14. You can choose the last option TurboTax provides in the drop down menu next to box 14 on your W-2 entry Other (not classified) if none of the options in the list describe what the entry is for. It's mostly for informational purposes only and does not normally impact your tax return.
