Bought turbotax Business. Can I update to include turbo tax deluxe for individuals?

The dedicated Business Edition is for C-corp/S-corp corporate returns, partnerships, multimember LLC, estates/trusts, etc.

The Deluxe Edition is a personal tax product for Form 1040 and associated schedules.  There is no connection between the Business Edition and the personal tax products and no upgrade path between the two different types of products.

So it's not clear what you are wanting to do.   If you have one of the business entities listed above and also require a personal return, then you'll need both tax products.
