Bought Turbo Tax yesterday, instead of being given the disc to load like before, I was given a license number to load offline. Once loaded, program will not open. Why?

There are no more discs for 2025. what you buy is a license.  

Go to the TurboTax website and log into your account. If you don’t have an account, you may need to create one.
Look for the option to enter your license code. This will allow you to download the software.
