Bought cd from Costco, but where is the license code on package?

i can only find the SKU number

I bought mine from Sams but should be the same.   On inside of package, there is a tear strip to get to CD.  The license is in orange box on inside CD sleeve.  I bought the CD, but installed via online download, so never looked at the CD until I couldn't find license.

If you obtained the TurboTax CD from an authorized retailer, your license code is printed on the front of the insert in your box.

Well, it's just a piece of cardboard folded in half that says "Intuit turbotax...." . There's no codes, no CD, no nothing.  I paid for it, how do I get the code?

@Glenn59   When you bought it in the store did you go to the pickup window to get the actual CD?  Go back to Costco with your receipt and item.
