@Hiswife9316 This is an old, old thread.   If you have a question about your 2023 tax return, please post a clear and complete question.  Referring to old posts from several years ago  or asking questions from users who posted here a few years ago is not going to be helpful to you.

My card is locked/restricted I cannot use it. Every transaction gets declined. I have called 100's of times, they have created multiple case numbers and nothing happens. It has been goiing on over a week. TurboTax should be ashamed for suggesting this to its customers. I have used Turbo Tax for well over 6 years, I will never use it again due to lack of help in a product they have suggested. I have reported this to the FDIC who said, this bank is not regulated by them, its not a rea banking entitiy and they forwarded my complaint onto the Federal Reserve. SHAME ON YOU TURBO TAX, stealing from hard working people.

Did you try calling your bank to see what is happening with your card?  If your card is locked, it likely has something to do with the bank flagging it for fraud or something.  

If you are trying to pay to file, have you tried using a different card?
