Why is my card blocked and my stimulus check is supposed to be deposited tomorrow. How am I going to get my money out they never sent me a new card. They say go to website and I

TurboTax Online is up and running smoothly. The app/site/phone line for the Turbo Visa Debit Card issued by Green Dot is experiencing high volumes today due to stimulus payments being funded, but filing online with TurboTax is uninterrupted.

If you are experiencing any issues with the Turbo Card app/site/phone line, please wait a bit and try again. This may not be what you want to hear right now, but in time the service will be available to access.

I never received my turbo card eather and thats the only place my stimulas check could have been sent i have checked all my other accounts and nothing. Iv tryed calling you guys cant talk to you without having to pay 30$ just to talk to a live person ridicules. I literally just need a card sent to my address and none of your help options are helpful. I need the turbo card sent to my address im getting very irritated dealing with this crap.

  • I have access to my Turbo Visa Debit Card: If you have access to your Turbo Visa Debit Card, there is nothing more you need to do. You will be able to immediately use the stimulus funds upon deposit. You can sign in to your account to check your balance here: https://secure.turbodebitcard.intuit.com/login 

 

  • I no longer have access to my Turbo Visa Debit Card: If you no longer have access to your Turbo Visa Debit Card, don’t worry. If you have registered your card and know your login credentials, you can request a replacement card by signing in to your Turbo Visa Debit Card account (https://secure.turbodebitcard.intuit.com/account/report-lost-or-stolen). If you don’t know your account login information, call 888-285-4169 for assistance. You will not be charged for a replacement card or check; standard fees will be waived or refunded to you.

 

Due to unprecedented traffic you may experience some delays on the site or phone line. We know everyone is anxious to get their stimulus money and we appreciate your patience.

The Turbo Card app/site is experiencing high volumes today due to stimulus payments being funded. To check your account balance, text “BAL XXXX” (XXXX is the last 4 digits of your card number) to 43411 to get your available balance.

Waiting for days with no explanation. They said I would get a call today, I wait around for the call all day and nothing. Call them and they said the last person never requested a call back and they are dealing with a ton of people that have this issue. 

 

Set a call back for the "next 2 days" and they still can give me info.

 

I am stupid, I have a real bank acc but was inticed to use the guys cuz they said I would get my direct deposits faster...

 

Now I have no access to my money and no explanation why.... Beyond frustrated 😠😠

I have called the number on the back of my card and speak to a person 6 times in the past 2 days. They say my card ia active and I should be able to access my money but yet everytime I try it declines it. I tried linking my account to my paypal or my other checking accounts but it wont let me without my card. They said they sent one to my address on file but guess what I DONT LIVE THERE. Its my baby daddy address and he throws away or sends back all my mail. I am currently living in my car with no physical address so HOW THE HELL AM I SUPPOSED TO GET MY MONEY?  Last call she said oh I have to transfer u to an account specialist for that. But guess what on hold for 2 hours 48 minutes for them to hang up on me. I am never trusting them with my money EVER AGAIN. This is ridiculous!!!!!! Does anyone know anything that'll help me? Please

TurboTax isn't who issues the card, so TurboTax is not able to help with getting you a new card.  This has to go through the card issuer.

text turbo marked I got an email saying that my $1,200 was deposited into my account it had been used since last year tax time I uploaded my ID my driver's license my state driver's license front and back like they asked it was accepted I was in 2 minutes they locked and blocked my account they are keeping my money there's I can still see the $1,200 in there and they are telling me there is no way for them to get the money back and to contact the IRS which they know the IRS is not dealing with people they won't let me order a new card transfer the money anything I just see the $1,200 sending in a lock blocked account told me I'll never be able to get another card or another account with them just because I upload and they asked me security questions too and I got all the security questions right and everything on my ID matched what is on file so I don't understand this this is horrible

hey my money was deposited on the 4th like the IRS said it was they're blaming the IRS but taxed her about blocked my card and marked it as fraud and even after I uploaded my driver's license all my security questions everything matches in 2 minutes and now they're telling me I can't get another card I canceled my account and they have 40 to 65 days to send my money back and they haven't sent my money back still not yet

it is tax turbo they blocked my account for fraud because I hadn't received Green Dot on ID verification which I did a clear picture of my driver's license and they asked me my mother's maiden name and what city I was born in they let me sign into my Intuit account just fine they have my email address on file they're emailing me they know it's me but will not give me a new card or access to any of my money and they said it's going to send 60 to 45 days before they send the money back and to contact the IRS so they are not sending my money back I can still see it sitting in there in that account but they would tell me I cannot get a card or another account and they told me that the account is closed well if it's closed why is the money still in there
