TurboTax has billed me twice for this years tax forms.

Once to my Citi Card account --------------Visa ending in --8241                   $74.89     11/15/2019 

A second billing to Citi Card account ---Master Card ending in 8522        $74.89     11/06/2019 

 

How do I get one of the charges eliminated ?

All billing issues have to be handled by TurboTax support.

 

To contact TurboTax customer service/support use their contact website during business hours. If the problem concerns any type of refund for fees, use the key words billing issues and do Not use the word Refund or you will get a phone number for tax refunds.

 

Support is open from 5am to 5pm Pacific time, Monday thru Friday

Sounds like you have 2 Advantage accounts ... you can put in for a refund online for one and while you are there cancel the account so this doesn't happen again next year.

 

 

First, here's to stop your Advantage membership (annual subscription):

And here's an online refund request form.  Submit it within 60 days of having received your product.
