I have underpaid my federal income taxes for 2019 and there is an area that I was able to enter a dollar amount to avoid the penalty, how do I get back that area on Turbotax premium downloaded version?

You can delete Form 2210, then return to the Underpayment Penalty section.

To delete Form 2210:

• Log into your return and continue
• Click on Tax Tools in the left column
• Click on Tools
• Click on Delete a Form
• Click Delete beside Form 2210
• Confirm that you want to Delete
