Audit Defense

I have TTax 2025 advantage which includes one audit defense subscription.  I am ready to e-file my fed/CA returns and when I go through final review and I get to the audit defense page - it says at top I get it free, but then asks me to proceed with electing it and then trying to get me to pay for it.  Do I skip this page and just get it automatically?  If not, I'd expect that when I go to purchase it, it would say $45 and then show a credit for $45 - netting to zero, but it's not showing the credit and looking for the $45 payment.

First, make sure that you are logged in with the same account that you used to purchase the TurboTax Advantage option.  If you are logged in with the same account and the program is still asking you to pay, you will need to contact TurboTax.
