Attaching a pdf to my return for electronic filing

I need to attach a form 804 to my Wisconsin tax return.

How do I attach to the return so I can resubmit my rejected, E-Filed return?

TurboTax does not allow the attachment of PDF forms when you e-file your return,  You will have to file a paper return to include your Wi Form 804.

Thank you for the information Leonard.  This was confusing, because when I received the email notification stating that my electronic submission had been rejected, it stated that when I opened my return I would be walked through the process step by step to correct my return, but...nothing.  It also stated on the cover sheet that I should not file a paper return, because I had already filed an electronic return...
