Please get your act together and re-engineer your eFile payment procedures. There's nothing worse than spending all day in a return and then having Intuit reject my "single password" used to load software and update the tax software during the return drafting. This happens every year and I have an excellent record of passwords. Why do you show6-8 passwords when mine is rejected just as I'm going to transmit the return. Each year I have to create a new password just as I'm about to click on transmit. It's pure sadomasochism. I worked Pro Series as a tech, ran a tax business for 32 years and used Pro Series in my tax business. Closing our an individual return seem nightmarish to me. So many changes, I don't know my password anymore.
