I have not been able to connect my Associated Bank Retirement account to Mint for a year.
When you search for Associated Bank in Add Account, out of all of the options, Associated Bank - 401K Access is best suited option as this is what my account is. The sign-in URL should point here: https://asb.retirement.schwabrt.com/participant/
Instead, Mint has it trying to connect to an incorrect single sign-on account portal here: https://sso.associatedbank.com/
This is incorrect. Starting at https://www.associatedbank.com/, under Personal sign ins, click the drop down arrow, click Retirement Plans, then click Sign In. It will forward you to the aforementioned Schwab page.
Please make this change so I can connect my retirement account again.
You'll need to sign in or create an account to connect with an expert.
There is virtually no support for Mint on this board.
You can try searching at the link below.
Otherwise, the only other resource would be Mint Chat:
Thanks for the heads up. I was looking for support contact which you'd think would be easy for a company like Intuit. Guess not.
