As of Jan , 2021, I switched from Blue Cros/Blue Shield Ins to Cigna Health Springs, Of course, cannot find anything left from BC/BS, probably chunked it. So, now what?

What are you trying to do? How is this relevant to a 2020 tax return?

Are you claiming medical insurance premiums as an itemized deduction? Does your state tax return require proof of medical insurance?
