Page 2 of 2018 Federal Form 1040 is missing when I went to print it. It shows page 1 of the Federal Return, then my state return, then page 1 again. What's up?

Why is the  intuit turbotax site not showing page 2 of my Federal 1040 form so I can print it too.

As of 2018 Federal Form 1040 is now only 2 half-pages, both  printed on one side of one sheet of paper (new schedules 1-5 supply additional information depending on your tax situation)
