No.
You cannot get a refund loan unless your return has been prepared and e-filed and been accepted by the IRS. And the loan must be offered to you. You cannot prepare an accurate tax return without all of your W-2's, which will not be issued to you until January. Employers have until January 31 to issue W-2's. The IRS will not begin to accept returns until at least the end of January.

Okay just asking because I see other tax places are doing them but I would like to stay with you guys so I needed to ask thanks
FYI ... most places do "signature" loans based off an anticipated refund amount based off your estimated income and is expected to be paid back when the federal refund comes in or a certain time frame has passed. You are not always required to actually file the return later with that company ... read the fine print carefully and note the costly fees before signing anything. Any company who says they can file the return before the IRS is ready in January is pulling a fast one and trying to tie you to their company. Do not sign any unfinished tax return and be aware of scams.
