Only if you mailed them.  Sorry but Printed or Ready to Mail means you have to print out your return and mail it to the IRS yourself.  So it has not been filed yet.  How to change from Mail to Efile https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/5561257

If you have mailed your tax return the IRS says that you can start tracking it 4 weeks after mailing your paper return via the Where's my Refund site: https://www.irs.gov/refunds

Your federal refund comes from the IRS treasury department while your state refund will come from your state treasury department. They generally come at separate times.

You can use your State Department of Revenue's website to check the status of your state tax refund. Processing times vary from state to state and it's not uncommon to receive your federal refund before state; or vice versa.
