Are gift cards given by Amazon taxable income?

I’ve applied to Amazon Prime Credit Card by Chase and when I immediately placed an order for something, I was charged just a portion of the price. In the order details, I can see that they applied for a 200 dollar gift card, which was given to me because I signed for the credit card. Is this bonus/gift card a taxable income?
Also, Amazon gave me courtesy credit in form of a gift card a couple of times (like 5 dollars, 10 dollars). Are those gift cards taxable?
And if yes, where to report it on Turbotax

No.  They are considered "rewards" and are not taxable income.

the 5 or 10 creditts would not be taxable. they usually give those because it messed up. an order got lost etc.

the $200 for opening a credit card may be a different story.     is this any different than the $200 (or more) that banks often give when you open an account? It's usually reported on a 1099-INT.   I don't think so, but then if it was taxable Amazon should have informed you and also sent you a 1099-INT.  it did get your SSN.
