Are fees paid for farmers market space to cover city use fees and advertising a business tax deduction?

Each date you are participating in a farmers market and renting a space, it requires a paid fee. This fee covers any city use fees that the farmers market has to pay, and covers cost of advertising from the farmers market.

Would this fall under Rental Expenses or Misc Expenses, or something else?
