I logged into Apex Clearing's website, 1099 document is there, but Turbo Tax comes back with 1099 forms not available for [Userid]. Please fix this!

I have already followed these procedures, import function not working with Apex Clearing for 1099-B.
If your 1099-B is not importing, you may need to enter it manually.

Since we can't see your return in this forum, it is impossible to identify the unique circumstances that may be preventing you from importing, when others are able to.
One user states "Under ID you would put in your first trade account number which is 8 digits... then under password you put in your social security #. "
