Did you decide to have your fees deducted from your return?
If so this is why it is pending. Turbo Tax will not receive your payment until your return has been processed and the refund issued.
Yes I had them take money out taxes for there fee. So it means it still up irs??
You can track the refund on the Where's My Refund website. Once the IRS releases the refund, it will be sent over to Santa Barbara Bank for the fees to be deducted.
You can track the refund with Santa Barbara Bank by clicking here. Their system will allow you to track once they have received the refund, as well as when they will be issuing the refund to your bank account.
Its a joke all this. The IRS websites don't do anything at all for me. All I ever get is no information give at this time. That's been that way for yr. And turbo tax makes it sound like doing it e-file and over 150$ later I get told 21 days. Should just did it myself. I completely understand the tax reps just doing there job. I get 💯% but lead ppl on like it's going be fast and easy. It's been everything but.
Unfortunately, it does not matter what tax service is used to prepare a tax return, eventually, we all have to wait on the IRS to complete the review and processing of it. You can continue to monitor their website, when they have a deposit date they will publish it.
Irs has a ddd 3/9 but yet nothing from turbo tax and it’s the 7th EFECB232223175

Once a tax return has been Accepted by the IRS or a State, TurboTax receives no further information concerning the tax return or the status of any tax refund.
TurboTax does not receive any kind of tax refund, federal or state.
If the IRS website indicates the federal tax refund will be sent on 03/09/2022 it also says that it may take up to 5 days before it is available as a deposit in your bank account, 03/14/2022
