Anyone had any problem DLing a 2nd state this year? Was able to DL 1st state fine, but get a "Hmm... it looks like we’ve hit a slight snag". Been going on for days.

Was able to download KY just fine, but can't download OH and get the "Hmm... it looks like we’ve hit a slight snag" error. I have been trying for 3 days. Just wondering if I'm alone. Thanks in advance.

It might be that not all the forms in your return have been finalized yet.

Use this link to reference when your tax forms will be available. You can search by TurboTax Product and for IRS and State-Specific Forms.

Please see state install/e-file update loop for steps to help resolve the state download issue.
