Anyone else missing money from federal return after filing through turbo tax free service?

The IRS and State Governments have the ability to offset a refund to pay for certain past due debts.  You generally will receive a letter stating what the offset was for.   

The IRS provides a toll-free number, (800) 304-3107, to call for information about tax offsets.

Yes, after offset. I received ONE etter about an offset debt, one we expected. However, we are missing $788.23 after fees for service and the offset. I won't use Turbo tax next year if this is how it's going to be.
