Anyone else being passed from 1 person to another without taxes being done?

<P>Anyone else on their THIRD "expert" with NO taxes being done for over a week? I am very concerned TT is not going to do what I have paid them A LOT of $$$ to do. No customer support. Any suggestions on how to resolve this and get the taxes done that I paid them dearly to do?</P>
