Any solutions for the turbo tax corrupt file problem? I tried on another computer getting the same thing getting really frustrated. Also got message to download 2018

is it the 2020 return or some other year? only 2020 can be done online. other years require desktop software - full PC or MAC.

I get my turbotax in CD format and I had issues with my 2019 file (windows 7) after I printed it becoming corrupt also.
