If you could give more details about the issue you're having importing Fidelity info into TurboTax, we'll try to help.
When importing, make sure you have 'third party access' enabled in your broker account, and you may want to turn off your anti-virus programs temporarily. Here's more info on How to Turn Off Anti-Virus Programs.
If using TurboTax Online, be sure to clear your Cache and Cookies between attempts.
Thank you for your response, I finally found the problem was for years we imported through the National Financial Service which was always included in TT drop-down selections. However this year Fidelity is not using the National Financial Service to allow us clients to import our 2024 Tax statements. We have to type in “Fidelity” to access the import. The lack of notification to us clients is deplorable and disappointing. Even their private client's representatives were not aware of this change!
