Get your taxes done using TurboTax

If you could give more details about the issue you're having importing Fidelity info into TurboTax, we'll try to help.

 

When importing, make sure you have 'third party access' enabled in your broker account, and you may want to turn off your anti-virus programs temporarily.  Here's more info on How to Turn Off Anti-Virus Programs.

 

If using TurboTax Online, be sure to clear your Cache and Cookies between attempts.
