Have you restarted the computer so that the Windows update can complete?

Restarting my computer fixed my problem.  Thanks!

Sometimes a good old fashioned reboot works wonders!  Glad you got it figured out.

I am having same problem, rebooted my machine and it is still hanging up

fej143, do you have Windows set to auto update?  if not, you may have to manually have it check for updates.

Posting this for future users -

Had the same problem today. Quick fix ~ go to the command prompt and type these:
net stop bits
net stop wuauserv
net stop appidsvc
net stop cryptsvc

No reset needed. After installing/using Turbotax fix the issue. You likely have failed updates. I had two.
Change all of the "stop" back to "start."

Nice one! You do have to be a machine administrator to run these commands.
