I have done the payment. But I need to start over because I incorrectly included a state in the returns which needs to be removed now. I spent 1hr 42 mins with the service representative but she can’t help me start over or issue a full refund.
Unfortunately, once you have made the payment you cannot erase and start over.
Are you kidding? Does this mean that if we have already paid and can't start over to make the necessary corrections that the only option is to abandon TurboTax and use another company's software?
