American Express $10 off Deluxe is not applied

Be sure you accessed TurboTax through the link on the affiliates website. Accessing through the regular TurboTax.com will not apply the discount.

Normally Affiliate discounts are applied at the very end during the "Review Your Order" process

On the bottom of the page in which you review your order and specify a payment method there should be a notification that "your discount has been applied".

If you performed the steps above  and are still not seeing your discount applied, please contact Product Support to rectify the situation.

  • Click "Contact" button
  • Select "Contact Us"
  • Enter some brief question details, click "Continue"
  • Select "Choose a way to connect with us"
  • Click on "Get a Call Back"
You will be placed into a queue and the next available Support Representative will call you and look up your account details after some brief Identity verification.

The representative will be able to see the charges that TurboTax received payment for and help you understand them. If an error IS detected a refund is likely possible once escalated to an approving authority.
