Am I able to file with just an EIN number

My job isn’t giving me my tax forms, I already filed a complaint with the IRS. I have the EIN number, though. Can I file using that?

Yes, you can use that to file your tax return.  You will file a substitute W-2, Form 4852 and the link below will show you how to do that.  You will be required to  mail your tax return.
