I have place the correct AGI for 2019 basic on my tax filing records for 2019, which I mailed.  There must be a way to resolve this issue without mailing my tax returns.  I didn't turbo e-file in 2019.  However, my check amount have been charged for $25 for using Turbo e-file.

What is your question?  Are you trying to enter the 2019 AGI to efile 2020?  If it is rejecting then try entering 0 for the AGI since you mailed 2019.  You actually printed and mailed it yourself right?

Did you use the Desktop program for 2019 or 2020?  Did you get charged $25 to efile a state return?  What year?

For some reason, the IRS has a different AGI for 2019 in their database. You need to find out what number they have so you can e-file.

Start by getting a free IRS transcript for your 2019 return.

On your transcript, look for ADJUSTED GROSS INCOME (you may need to look on page 2). This is the number in the IRS database. Make sure the AGI you enter matches this number exactly.

If you're unable to order an IRS transcript, try entering 0 as your AGI, assuming you haven't already gone that route. You can also try entering last year's signature ID (instructions below).
