After installation of Turbo Tax 2017 I get an error code 30 message

Primary Download TTax 2018 on November 7. Did early data entry, lots of forms not available yet.
First Update of Many new Federal Forms and entire CA state form on November 8, then "Error 30".
Uninstalled, used registry cleaner, and restarted Windows 10 64 bit. Reinstalled but prevented auto-update by turning off internet during installation. Now back to working (but not updated) original version from download. I repeated this entire process twice, based upon this "FAQ". I suspect I will try to update after about a week and see if Bug gets fixed. Be sure to go to Online Tab in TTax and set preference to not "Auto-Update".

..and do not attempt to download CA for another month...or two....No state forms are available...a couple by late Dec, and most not until January for even the preliminary state forms.

Due to the answers, Ive uninstalled and reinstalled two different times. Still not working. Any other options?

Windows only:

Install  (make sure you are installing as an administrator)  .

....don't start the program after installation....instead, download and install the Manual Update.  then try to start the program again.

Same error code on Home & Business 2019 Error 30..

What to do in these instances? Unistall/Install....nothing!!

Talk to Customer Support on the phone...there is little else anyone can do here. You need 1-on-1 Help, and everyone here can only guess as to exactly what the exact issue is in yoru case.:
