Most refunds are being processed within twenty-one days. Those affected by the PATH act may have to wait longer. I will include a TurboTax FAQ with more information on the PATH act. If your refund is going to be offset, you should be notified by mail and the website www.irs.gov/refunds will also reflect that there will be an offset. Usually, this process does not affect the time that it will take to get your remaining refund. When a deposit date becomes available, it will show on the IRS WMR tracking tool.
